🤔 How it all started...
Poof. Two bags. Ballooning at me.
I’m the trash guy. Every new bag is a process. Snap it fully open. Tuck it in just right. Push down the poof. But someone else changed them this time, and the poof was everywhere.
Messy. Wrong. And the engineer in me couldn't let it go. Why does every trash can do this?
🤯 Then once I saw it...
I couldn't unsee it. Poof everywhere I went. Making a mess. Stealing space. Wasting bags.
🥳 The prototype worked!
A regular fan was too weak. A vacuum was too slow. But a blower fan worked! Strong enough to seal the bag, fast enough to do it in seconds.
🤓 Engineering team hired...
Hundreds of prototypes. We worked on mm, ms, mhz, USB-C, 5v vs 12v, filament, sourcing, air flow, batteries, PCBs, STM32, Audacity, light pipes, injection molding, manufacturing, fixtures.
